All beds are made up for presentation only. We do not provide bedding - it is essential therefore that you bring your own sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers.
Upon departure we ask you, please, to leave the accommodation as you would wish to find it - cleaning materials and vacuums are provided for this purpose. We reserve the right to charge for any extra cleaning work that may become necessary.

Sometimes it is inevitable that holidays have to be cancelled at short notice. We hope you will not be in this situation, but to relieve you of any possibility of worry we can offer a scheme for holiday cancellation.
For the whole party it would cost only £10.00 per holiday and would guarantee a full refund (including deposit) of all money already paid to Rowen Holiday Park, except for the first £10.00 of each claim.
The scheme operates from the date your deposit, together with premium, is received by us, until the day before your holiday commences, and will be applicable if you, or a member of your party named on the booking form, have to individually or collectively cancel your holiday accommodation for the following reasons: Accident, sickness, death, compulsory quarantine, medical advice following pregnancy, jury service, or redundancy (except where the person qualifies for payment under the Redundancy Payments Act of 1965 as amended).
You would also be covered if the cancellation was made necessary by the accident, death, sickness of husband, wife, father, mother, sister, brother, or child of any member of your holiday party.
All the above would require certification by a qualified practitioner, or copy of redundancy notice to show that the cancellation was unavoidable.
Application for this scheme must be taken out at the time of reserving your accommodation and will apply only to the persons whose names appear on the booking form. The non-returnable premium of £10.00 must be sent with the deposit.
Please note that this scheme protects you in the most inexpensive way possible against the main causes of cancellation. If you require other cover you are advised to consult a specialist Insurance Advisor. We regret that we cannot entertain claims which fall outside the above mentioned reasons for cancellation.
